I'm using Office 365 Pro Plus 32bit on Windows 7 64bit and am trying to run vbscript to connect to a test database I've setup. If you go into Start > Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools and click the Data Sources, then select the Drivers tab your driver info should be registered there. If this still fails, there are bunch of otherfiles in the ado folder that you may want to register as well like msadox.dll and msadrh15.dll.
