I've tried other solutions such as a complete IE11 reset, but that doesn't cure the issue. While this didn't EXACTLY work for me, it did get me looking in the right direction. Click OK two times, and then click Yes when you are prompted to restart your computer. NOTE: Universal recommends the use of a firewall whilst on the Internet.
