I can not access (login) Remote Desktop using the IP address. One thing to check if this solution doesn't work is to drill down into your sites and check ftp authorization settings. Here's a trick I found, not sure if it pertains to this: When you go to add authorization rules for each user or a group of users enter in the users I also read that IIS can sometimes be picky in which order you do things such as changing permissions to folders and deleting/re-adding users to FTP authorization rules.
