FTP client connects with FTP server with normal Username and Password information called FTP Login details. Before FTP recofigure make sure that main domain of subscription is active. Then I added a virtual folder (not visible to browsers) and add some security to it. I did what you said on this post and noticed that mine was adding WCS\username where wcs is our domain.

Check the physical path for FTP sites in IIS > Web sites > IP address > Basic settings > Physical Path. To create the FTP user directory I've followed this eHow tutorial. But still no luck, I also tried the same thing with a FTP login through AD but no luck. Article below helped me figure that out. The path should not include the space sign. Solution is to goto the command line and input "iisreset" for the command.
