At a command prompt type Nslookup then we set wat type of record we will query with.. The IP provider would be the one to correct that issue, since they control the IP zone that would need your PTR set to the hostname for the IP. Here's an example of what is says:

This error is thrown by the remote mail domains when we send out mails to remote mail servers.
