I have flashed the BIOS plenty of times without issues so far... Next type cmd in the text box and press Enter. Probably has to do with the fact that Steam uses a certain security module to prevent piracy. It also does have SecuRom, same as Sims 3 download but since it's the download version, it should work.

You were starting your game on Origin so, it crashed. Even though windows 10 only does not support discs that are using securom.
