Another possible cause is that IIS is not installed on the local machine, or the user identity under which you are running may not have permissions to view websites on this Just click the sign up button to choose a username and then you can ask your own questions on the forum. It errors out with a "interface not registered" when I try to browse in to the websites. (it does connect).
